Everything you need to install, activate and get the most out of the extension inside Skool.
Step by step
Installation and activation

Download and unzip
Click the download button on the install page and extract the powerupskool-extension folder to your computer.

Load the extension
Open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode in the top right and click "Load unpacked". Select the folder you just extracted.

Paste your license
Open the PowerUpSkool icon in the browser bar and paste your PUS-… key (found in your dashboard). Without a license it runs in Free mode.

Open the panel
Open any Skool community where you're a member and press Alt+P (or Option+P on Mac). The panel injects onto the page.

Your daily action inbox: unanswered questions, members who went quiet and posts with no traction, each with the message already written and Done / Tomorrow buttons. It also shows today's step of your guided program plus a daily streak.

Who are you in Skool?
Member, admin or agency
As a member
Personal features only: aggregated metrics of the current view, shortcuts, snippets, compact feed, focus mode and AI on visible content. No member lists, no retention, no moderation and no export.
As an admin or moderator
Everything unlocked: retention radar, per-member engagement, moderation queue, bulk actions, export and cloud sync. The extension detects your role in the community and only enables these features for managers.
As an agency
Ask to be invited to each community you manage (up to 15 with the Agency plan). Compare metrics across communities, use the API and webhooks.
Tip for agencies
Bind each license to a different community from your dashboard. Use the Agency Center to compare metrics across all your communities at once, set up HMAC-signed webhooks and generate automatic weekly reports.

Common questions
Do I need to be a community admin?+
Yes for the management features. PowerUpSkool is built for owners, admins and moderators: the extension detects your role in each community and only enables retention, moderation, member data and export for managers. As a regular member you only get personal productivity features.
Does it work on browsers other than Chrome?+
Yes. Any Chromium browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc and Opera. Installation is identical on all of them.
Does my data leave my computer?+
Analysis and export are 100% local. Only AI (Gemini) and cloud sync send data, and exclusively for Pro or Agency users. Everything goes over HTTPS and we never store PII.
How many communities can I manage?+
Free and Pro: 1 community per license. Agency: up to 15 communities. Each license binds to the Skool slug the first time you use it.
What happens if I switch computers?+
Install the extension on the new machine and paste your same PUS-… key. Free and Pro allow up to 3 simultaneous devices; Agency up to 10.
Can I try Pro before paying?+
Yes. When you activate Pro or Agency you get 15 free days with every feature. A card is required, but the first charge only happens when the trial ends: cancel before that and you pay nothing, your account drops back to Free.
