Terms of service

PowerUpSkool is a browser extension plus a web dashboard that add analytics, bulk actions and productivity improvements on top of Skool communities. It is an independent product: not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Skool.com.

When you create your account you receive a personal license key. The Free and Pro plans bind the license to a single Skool community (Free: 1 device; Pro: up to 3 of your own devices). The Agency plan allows up to 15 communities and 10 devices.

The license is personal and non-transferable: you may not resell, share or use it in third-party communities beyond your plan limits. You can release devices and communities from your dashboard at any time.

You must use PowerUpSkool in accordance with Skool's terms of service and applicable law, including data protection and electronic marketing rules when you message your members.

It is not permitted to use the tool for spam, harassment, scraping communities you do not manage, or to attempt to breach, decompile or bypass the service's license controls.

The Pro and Agency plans include a 15-day free trial per account. A payment method is requested when you start it, but the first charge only happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel first: in that case nothing is charged and the account moves to the Free plan. After that, the subscription is billed recurrently according to the period you choose and you can cancel any time, keeping access until the end of the paid period.

We improve the product continuously and may add, change or remove features. Because the extension works on top of Skool's interface, changes on that platform may temporarily affect a feature; in that case we work to adapt it as soon as possible.

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits the rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.
