Privacy policy

PowerUpSkool is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Skool.com. For any privacy matter you can contact the data controller at privacy@powerupskool.app.

Account: your email address and the authentication data needed to create your account and give you access to the dashboard.

License and usage: your license key, active plan, a random device identifier, and the short name (slug) of the Skool communities where you activate the extension. These are used to enforce your plan limits and prevent license sharing.

Security: minimal technical logs of license validation attempts (timestamp and IP address) to limit abuse and brute-force attacks.

We do not send your community content to our servers: analytics, lists and exports are computed in your browser from pages you already have open.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising, and we use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We never ask for or store your Skool password.

We process account and license data to perform the service contract, and security logs under our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when you close it, except where the law requires retention.

We use strictly necessary storage: your sign-in session, language (ES/EN) and theme (light/dark). The extension additionally stores locally your license key, device identifier and panel settings.

We use hosting, database and authentication providers to operate the service. They act as processors under our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes. We can share the current list on request.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to privacy@powerupskool.app. From your dashboard you can also release linked devices and communities at any time. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
