What we never do
- We never ask for your Skool credentials. There is no field on this site or in the extension to enter your Skool username or password.
- We never ask for card details: payment happens entirely inside Stripe's hosted form.
- We never send emails asking for passwords or "urgent verification" links. Our email comes from notify.powerupskool.com.
- We do not impersonate Skool.com: PowerUpSkool is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Skool.
Refunds and cancellation
Pro and Agency plans include a 15-day free trial: a payment method is requested on activation, but no charge is made until the trial ends. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged and the account moves to the Free plan. Once billing starts, you can cancel renewal any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Report abuse or a false positive
If an antivirus, your ISP or a corporate filter flags powerupskool.com as suspicious, email info@powerupskool.com with a screenshot and the filter's name: we file the review with that vendor. Our public security policy lives at /.well-known/security.txt.
