Frequently asked questions

Do I need a card to get started?

No. When you create your account you get the Free plan and an instant license key. You can upgrade whenever you want from your dashboard.

How many computers can I use the license on?

Free allows 1 device, Pro up to 3 (yours: laptop, desktop, office) and Agency 10. You can free up devices from your dashboard at any time.

Can I use a Pro license on two Skool communities?

No. Free and Pro are tied to a single community: the first one where you activate the extension. It doesn't matter how many devices you use, control is per license on our server. If you switch projects, free up the community from your dashboard. For several communities at once there's Agency (up to 15).

What if I'm not convinced?

You get a full 15-day Pro trial. If it doesn't help you, cancel before the trial ends and you are charged nothing: your account drops back to the Free plan.

Does it work if I'm not a community admin?

Yes for analytics, export and productivity. Moderation actions and bulk messages require administrator permissions in Skool.

Is it safe for my Skool account?

The extension acts on the interface you already see, with automatic pauses on bulk actions so as not to trigger platform limits. Even so, use it with judgment.
