Weekly checklist to manage a Skool community
A healthy community doesn't depend on inspiration but on a routine repeated every week without missing anything.

Most cancellations in paid communities don't come from one big mistake but from small lapses: an unanswered question, a new member with no welcome, an event without a reminder. This checklist turns management into a fixed block of time.
The checklist
- Monday: answer all pending questions from the previous week.
- Monday: personally welcome new members.
- Tuesday: message people who haven't participated in days with something useful, not generic.
- Wednesday: review reports, spam and rules; remove what doesn't belong.
- Thursday: publish content or a question that sparks conversation.
- Friday: remind members of calendar events and share recordings.
- Sunday: compare activity with the previous week and note one improvement.
How to save time at each step
Steps 1, 3 and 7 take the most time when done by hand. PowerUpSkool's Today tab groups unanswered questions and fading members, and the history compares scans to show the trend. That way the checklist takes less time with fewer gaps.

Frequently asked questions
How much time should I spend per week?
It depends on size and the level of support promised. Start with a fixed block, measure which steps run long and adjust.

Today is an intervention inbox, not an instruction to contact everyone automatically.
How to find the unanswered threads in your Skool community
A thread with zero comments tells a new member that nobody answers here. That's the most expensive message they can receive.
How to prepare a monthly community decision report
A monthly report should enable decisions rather than simply list activity.
