What Is PowerUpSkool? An Extension for Working With Your Community

PowerUpSkool adds an analysis and workflow layer inside Skool; it does not replace the platform or expand your permissions.

What Is PowerUpSkool? An Extension for Working With Your Community

PowerUpSkool is an independent Chrome extension that adds a panel to Skool pages. It helps analyze accessible posts, organize tasks, and use tools such as exports or AI drafts when your role and license allow them. It is not an official Skool product or a complete source of community information.

A panel for moving from observation to action

The panel brings together views including Today, Pulse, Retention, Revenue, AI, and Export. That list does not mean universal access: some tools require specific plan capabilities and management authorization. Pulse summarizes the observed post collection; Today turns certain signals into task cards. The practical benefit is a shorter path between reviewing a conversation and deciding what to do next. It does not replace editorial judgment, community knowledge, or personal attention to members who need help.

Start with one community and one question

  1. Install the extension from the download page and open a community you can access.
  2. Open the panel using its available control; you can also try Alt+P (Option+P on Mac, depending on the keyboard), and check the detected role.
  3. Open the feed and run a scan when you need a broader observed collection.
  4. Choose an operational question: which post needs a reply, or whether more distinct authors appear.
  5. Review the original content before responding, exporting, or marking a task complete.

Hypothetical example: reviewing a welcome session

Imagine you manage a learning community and have just published a welcome post. The scan collects several related questions, and Today shows a card for reviewing them. You open the original thread, check whether someone has already answered, and prepare a shared explanation. Then you publish your response manually and mark the task done. You used the extension to organize an intervention. You have not demonstrated that the welcome improves retention or that every member saw your message.

Scope depends on what the extension can traverse

The extension works with content accessible in your session. Scanning can be affected by incomplete loading, unreachable categories, or technical boundaries. Ordinary members have personal tools, while management features are restricted. Some features also send data outside the browser, including license validation, AI, and synchronization of aggregate counters. Review each workflow before adopting it, and treat the displayed results as observations with a defined scope rather than a complete record of community activity.

Frequently asked questions

Does installing PowerUpSkool make me an administrator?

No. Installing the extension does not change your Skool permissions; management tools depend on your detected role and enabled capabilities.
