PowerUpSkool Revenue Radar: Estimates, Not Billing Records
The radar converts observed signals into monetary scenarios; it does not consult a complete subscription ledger.

PowerUpSkool Revenue Radar estimates financial exposure by multiplying a monthly price you enter by certain observed counts. These are not complete billing records, failed payments, or confirmed cancellations. Use the radar to help size a review, never as a financial statement or proof of revenue lost or recovered. Its labels need to be read alongside the calculation behind them.
What actually enters the calculation
The implementation collects members accessible in the view and uses those whose inactivity duration it can interpret. It groups them using internal thresholds and multiplies their counts by the configured price. That price is stored locally by community. The radar does not check whether each person pays, has a discount, is on a trial, or holds an annual subscription. The current display also uses euros; do not assume automatic currency conversion or silently present the output as a different currency.
Configure it as an explicit scenario
- Check that you have management authorization and access to the feature.
- Open an accessible member view and review how many members have an interpretable inactivity signal.
- Enter a monthly assumption you can explain, without treating it as each person’s actual price.
- Read monthly exposure, annualization, and closed actions separately.
- Check any financial decision against your authorized billing and subscription system.
Hypothetical example: exposure, not a loss
Suppose the observed collection contains eight members in a risk category and you use €30 as a monthly assumption. The product is €240 of estimated exposure. Annualizing that same scenario produces €2,880, not a forecast of cancellations during the coming year. If some people have free access or pay another amount, the scenario does not represent their individual circumstances. The defensible conclusion is to review those cases, not to record a €240 loss in your accounts or tell your team that those subscriptions have already ended.
“Saved” counts work, not verified recovery
The figure labeled “Saved this week” is calculated from recently closed actions and the configured price. It does not verify a subsequent renewal or demonstrate that your intervention prevented cancellation. A closed task may not correspond to a distinct person. When sharing this figure, describe it as an estimate based on completed actions. PowerUpSkool is an independent operational extension, not an accounting integration that certifies recurring revenue, customer lifetime value, or the causal financial impact of your team’s work.

Frequently asked questions
Does MRR at risk equal subscriptions that will cancel?
No. It is an estimate based on observed signals and an assumed price; it confirms neither cancellation intent nor payment status.
